• EnsurTek does not have a direct relationship with the individuals whose data is uploaded by Customers.

• Customers are responsible for providing notice to their clients about how their Personal Data is used.

• Controlled access (only authorised staff can view/process data)

Where We Store Data

• Data is stored in Australia or in your nominated data centre.

• Some support services may involve disclosure to our offshore team in Sri Lanka.

• The data always belongs to the Customer. If you choose to stop using our services, we will provide you with your data.

Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We may share data with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, technical support)

• Regulators and legal authorities where required by law

• Our offshore support team in Sri Lanka (only as necessary for service delivery)

Data Retention
We keep Personal Data only as long as it is needed for business purposes or as required by law.
