The platform also automates policy documentation, ensuring that clients receive their final policy documents, invoices, and disclosure statements without unnecessary delays.


ProBI also transforms communication by integrating a full-service email system within the platform. Brokers can send pre-configured or custom emails directly to clients, insurers, and underwriters, ensuring every message is logged and accessible for future reference. Read receipts and real-time notifications provide insights into client engagement, helping brokers respond promptly and effectively.


Financial management has been enhanced with ProBI’s seamless integration with Xero, ensuring automated tracking of commissions, receivables, and tax calculations. The platform allows brokers to configure commission structures according to their specific business models, providing real-time insights into revenue performance. With a dedicated financial reporting module, tracking earnings and reconciling accounts has never been easier.
